There are two gemaras which seem to contradict the ruling of the Rambam.
How could the Rambam & Raavad rule that a lack of Hadar will only disqualify an Esrog on the first day of Sukkos when the Gemara דף כט עמוד ב says clearly that it will disqualify the entire Sukkos?
Our Gemara says the split between the first day and the rest of the days of Sukkos is applicable to an Esrog which is חסר and not for an Esrog which is lacking in Hadar from mice nibbling on the Esrog?
