Tosfos quotes the Rashba that the Haftarah of Chanukah is read as פרסומי ניסא is greater then reason of תדיר as is the conclusion of Rava in the gemara Shabbos. However for the krias hatorah the reading of the parsha of Rosh Chodesh comes first before krias hatorah of Chanukah as both kraih’s will be read and it’s just a question of which one is read first then we say תדיר קודם.

Yesterday we learnt the תוספת ישנים underneath “תוספת דף כג: “איכא and the רא”ש פרק ב’ ס’ ב “ומתוך פ’ רש”י (approximately 20 lines before end) that according to Rashi gardens only destroy דירה for a קרפף but not for a חצר
However the שולחן ערוך ס’ שנ”ח סע’ ט & י rules there is no difference.
