According to Raban Elazar Ben Azaria the double word of “Havait” is just because the Torah is speaking like regular people. If that’s an acceptable explanation so how can we learn any Drasha from the double words in the Torah?  Tosfos “Dibra”

Questions; The Gemara says on bottom of 31a that one has to help load & unload someone else’s animal because the animal is in pain. Contradiction to Gemara a few lines before that says there is no “Tzar Baalei Chaim” if one refuses to help load someone else’s animal? Ritva 31a “Aval”
The Gemara on top of 31b says a person is only required to help load & unload someone else’s animal if the owner is there. Contradiction to the Gemara 31a which learnt from the double language of the Pasuk that one is required to help load & unload even if the owner is not there? Tofos 31b “Aval”

 Learn Gemara 30A from last 2 dots “Matza Sak … until last line of Amud. Major point; When does the mitzvah of Hashev Tishivaim start? Rashi “Hai” says it starts on sight, Question on Rashi the Gem 26B “Himtin ad Shnisyashu … is clear the Mitzvah Aseh does not start on  sight? Learn Nemukei Yosef “Aseh” (on our Gemara 30A). Our Gemara labels Hashavas Aveida as “Money”. Why is it not considered “Issur”?  Why do we not push off “Issur” thru “Money”?
 I will quickly read the Gemara from middle of Amud “Shani Hacha” until second set of 2 dots and discuss the following questions; What’s the Nafka Mina between Rashi & Tosfos “Ltzorcho” explanation of the question of “Mai Avidita Gabei”?
According to Tosfos what is the Gemara’s answer “the owner went overseas”?
