On the first gemara that discusses saying malchus in hatov vehameitiv, not in the bracha of bonei yerushlayim, why would one not say malchus where it belongs, in the bracha of bonei yerushalayim? Tosfos dh lomer should answer this point. Rabeinu Yonah on 36a dh aydi says another reason. What is a nafka minah between the two reasons? On tosfos dh baruch, there is a very obvious question on tosfos that can be found in the Mahrsha. See carefully Rashi on the top of 49b dh vehadar that says what one repeats if he forgets to mention shabbos in bentching.   • Why does the נלקה not need to endure his full share of lashes if there was an underestimation in the original evaluation ?
  • Why does the נלקה not need to endure his full share of lashes when the reevaluation is done on a later date and its clear he can endure the full amount contrary to the original evaluation which said he can only endure part of the 39?

  • When the נלקה is evaluated that he can endure 42 lashes we consider it as getting 2 sets if lashes.
  • Is this only for one action that is a violation of 2 לאוין or even for 2 individual violations of 2 לאוין ?  See ערל”נ

  • Why does the חזן  rip the shirt of the נלקה ? See ריטב”א
