Learn “תוס’ “ואי who asks a few questions on רש”י (starting from ” אבל קשה ” -last line of the narrow lines- until “ועוד קשה ” )
Questions:
From ‘תוס questions on רש”י it is clear that תוס’ understands that if the בהמ”ק is not קדשה for all times then its obvious that it is forbidden to eat מעשר שני in ירושלים.
  • Why? What is the connection?
  • How does רש”י  deflect these questions?
