Learn Gemara 31b “Mos Yumas” (top of Amud) until 2 dots on first wide line of Gemara. Questions; The gemara says we have a special Pasuk that one has to return the collateral that was taken by force when the owner needs it.  Why would I think the law should be different then if the collateral was taken by the court?  Ritva “Mashchenu”, Shita Mekubetzes “Vharabenu Yehonason …”
According to Raban Elazar Ben Azaria the double word of “Havait” is just because the Torah is speaking like regular people. If that’s an acceptable explanation so how can we learn any Drasha from the double words in the Torah?  Tosfos “Dibra”
