- Why did the גמרא create such a bizarre case (of a man who cohabitates with a lady who is his sister as well as being his fathers and mothers sister) to find a scenario where one lady is forbidden to a man from three separate prohibitions? We could easily have said a case where a lady is his aunt as well as being a married women and a Niddah? Learn “רש”י גמ’ כריתות ב: “על אחותו
- We have a rule אין עונשין מן הדין, so how can we learn from a ק”ו that a person is חייב a קרבן for each לאו that prohibits him from cohabitating with this specific lady? Learn “ריטב”א “והלא
- According to ר”ע how does one receive a כפרה for כרת? (See first two and half lines of משנה bottom of .כג and :גמ’ כג right after the משנה (first 8 lines)
- Does ר”ע agree with רחב”ג? (Learn last ‘בעל המאור & מלחמות ה of the פרק)
