Review and continue the .גמ’ יד from ולאידך נמי (six lines from the bottom of the עמוד) until the two dots on :יד and learn תוס’ ואידך
Questions:
- We have a rule אין עונשין מן הדין, so how can we learn from a ק”ו that a person is חייב a קרבן for each לאו that prohibits him from cohabitating with this specific lady? Learn “ריטב”א “והלא
- The גמרא says we can not learn out the punishment of a full sister using a ק”ו from half sisters. What punishment is the גמרא referring to?
The :גמרא יד brings the opinion of ר’ אלעזר אמר ר’ הושעיא whenever there are two individual לאוין yet that are grouped together when the תורה lists the punishment of כרת the criminal who violates both of these לאוין בהעלם אחד is חייב קרבן for each violation.
- So why does ר’ יצחק need the לימוד from the fact that the תורה delineated the עונש of כרת by אחותו to teach us that חייב קרבן for each of the עריות. We should know it from fact that each one has individual לאו ? Learn רש”י ה”ג very well.
Chart out the different לימודים and where ר’ יצחק and the רבנן learn it out from.
