Why are פצעילי תמרה not Muktzah according to ר”ש? How are they different then גרוגרות וצימוקים?

What is the reason that ר”ש agrees that גרוגרות וצימוקים are Muktzah?

At what point do they become Muktzah? – the second Shabbos starts even if they are still edible, or only after they become inedible?

If when Shabbos started they were not ripe and in the middle of Shabbos they became edible, may one eat them?
