Very quickly review the גמרא דף מה. “והא בעו מיניה (seven lines from the top of the Amud) until בעי מיניה 

Rav says for a שעת הדחק one can rely on Rebbe Shimon opinion that we don’t say מיגו דאתקצאי   

What is the level of שעת הדחק that would qualify to permit this?

Rashi says – סכנה 

What type of danger?

The ריטב”א דף מה. “כדאי – a monetary danger or physical injury.

Major Question:

Even if we rely on Rebbe Shimon that only tells us that we don’t say מיגו דאתקצאי and the menorah does not remain in state of Muktza as if it was lit. 

But it should still be prohibited to move the menorah as it is at least a כלי שמלאכתו לאיסור?
