Questions:

The Braissa says a bathhouse in which the holes were closed before Shabbos is permitted to bath inside of immediately after Shabbos.

The Gemara records a story in which Rebbe Elazar Ben Azaria and Rebbe Akiva went into a bath house to be מזיע. Afterwards they went into the outer room in which the hot water was covered by boards  and showered.

Did they take a hot shower or cold shower?

The Gemara says the bathhouse attendants started hearing water on Shabbos and saying it was heated on Friday. Was the Rabanan concerned that a Jewish person would intentionally violate Shabbos by heating up water?
