Questions:

The Gemara inquires whether an animals head and majority of its body needs to be within the area of the Reshus Hayachid when giving it water to drink.

Why does the Gemara need to introduce this question with the halacha of when a person standing in a Reshus Harabim leans over into a Reshus Hayachid and drinks?

See קרן אורה

What violation are we concerned will be transgressed when giving animal standing in Reshus Harabim whose head is inside a Reshus Hayachid if not holding on to the head of the animal?

If person holds the pail of water and moves his hand out to the Reshus Harabim he still does not violate the melacha of hotzah as he never placed the pail on the ground?
