See Chidushei Rebbe Akiva Eiger who asks; The melacha of carrying on Shabbos needs three components – Akira, Hotzoa Mreshus lreshus, and Hanacha. At the moment of the Akira the person had not yet performed the mitzvah of daled minim so that segment even if he fulfilled the mitzvah before carrying them out of the house the person should still be exempt from the korban as he was involved in the mitzvah at the time of the akira?
