According to Raban Elazar Ben Azaria the double word of “Havait” is just because the Torah is speaking like regular people. If that’s an acceptable explanation so how can we learn any Drasha from the double words in the Torah?  Tosfos “Dibra”

The Gemara on top of 31b says a person is only required to help load & unload someone else’s animal if the owner is there. Contradiction to the Gemara 31a which learnt from the double language of the Pasuk that one is required to help load & unload even if the owner is not there? Tofos 31b “Aval”
