Quickly review …גמרא יד: “ואידך (top of the עמוד) until the two dots.

The גמרא says that ר’ יצחק agrees to ר’ אלעזר אמר ר’ הושעיא who says that whenever there are two individual לאוין,  even if they are grouped together for the punishment of כרת, the criminal who violates both of theseלאוין בהעלם אחד is חייב קרבן for each violation.
  • So why does ר’ יצחק need the לימוד from ואל אשה בנדת טומאתה  (on .יד) to teach us a חייב קרבן for each of the עריות. We should know it from fact that each of the עריות has an individual לאו? Learn רש”י ה”ג very well & “ריטב”א “איבעית אימא (middle paragraph “מה) who argues on רש”י
The גמרא concluded that the רבנן use the פסוק of ואיש אשר … אשה דוה to teach us that a women is only טמא טומאת נדה when the blood isיוצא דרך ערותה.
  • Where does ר’ יצחק learn this from?  Learn ריטב”א “לכדר’ שמעון בר יוחאי

Questions:
  • We have a rule אין עונשין מן הדין, so how can we learn from a ק”ו that a person is חייב a קרבן for each לאו that prohibits him from cohabitating with this specific lady? Learn “ריטב”א “והלא
  • The גמרא says we can not learn out the punishment of a full sister using a ק”ו from half sisters.  What punishment is the גמרא referring to?

The :גמרא יד brings the opinion of ר’ אלעזר אמר ר’ הושעיא whenever there are two individual לאוין yet  that are grouped together when the תורה  lists the punishment of כרת the criminal who violates both of these לאוין בהעלם אחד  is חייב קרבן for each violation.
  • So why does ר’ יצחק need the לימוד from the fact that the תורה delineated the עונש of כרת by אחותו to teach us that חייב קרבן for each of the עריות. We should know it from fact that each one has individual לאו ? Learn רש”י ה”ג very well.
