Rabbi Baruch Bodenheim: Brachos: Keitzad Mevarchin – Morning Seder יום שלישי, Cheshvan 23, Daf 35a – 35b (11/03/26)
Review גמרא דף לה. “ת”ר אסור לו (five lines from bottom of the Amud) until דף לה: “ר’ חנינא בר פפא (two dots)
Questions:
What is different between כאילו מעל and נהנה מקדשי שמים?
The third explanation says eating without a Bracha is as if one stole from Hashem and Klal Yisrael and brings a source from a pasuk in Mishlei.
Why doesn’t he use the pasuk the Gemara just quoted of לה’ הארץ ומלאוה?
Are the three explanations arguing?

How could one be permitted to eat if not certain he made a Bracha. It is a ספק איסור so one should not be all to continue eating unless he recites a Bracha?
The גמרא דף נא עמ’ ב entertains that if one forgot to recites a Bracha Rishona perhaps he can recite one even after he finished eating.
If the whole reason one has to recite a Bracha Rishona is because אסור ליהנות מעולם הזה בלי ברכה how would reciting the Bracha after he finished eating help, he already ate without a Bracha?
