Cooking After Cooking

We learnt a machlokes between the Mechaber and the Rema in regards to reheating liquids that were cooked previously.

Mechaber – prohibited to reheat liquids that were cooled down below the temperature of יד סולדת בו

Rema – only if the liquid cooled down entirely then it is forbidden

What is the classification of what is considered a liquid?

May one dip a hot potato into ketchup?

Droplets of water on bottom of cup, bowl or ladle

May one reuse a ladle which the residue droplets of soup on the ladle cool down?
