Major Question:
There seems to be a direct contradiction in the opinion of חזקיה. Our Gemara says חזקיה holds a כלי שרת is only מקדש מדעת and the Gemara Menachos according to אביי explanation of חזקיה holds a כלי שרת is מקדש even שלא מדעת?
