May one move a pot which is placed on the blech in area not directly over the fire to the part of the blech directly over the fire? 

A pot that was placed near a fire which reached heat of יד סולדת.  May it be moved and placed directly on a blech?

Point to Consider:

Is the entire blech considered a stovetop which 

is גרוף וקטום or is it considered just סמוך לכירה ?
