\u05e1&#8217; \u05d1&nbsp; &#8220;\u05d5\u05de\u05ea\u05d5\u05da \u05e4&#8217; \u05e8\u05e9&#8221;\u05d9 (approximately 20 lines before end) that according to Rashi gardens only destroy \u05d3\u05d9\u05e8\u05d4 for a \u05e7\u05e8\u05e4\u05e3 but not for a \u05d7\u05e6\u05e8&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">However the \u05e9\u05d5\u05dc\u05d7\u05df \u05e2\u05e8\u05d5\u05da \u05e1&#8217; \u05e9\u05e0&#8221;\u05d7 \u05e1\u05e2&#8217; \u05d8 &amp; \u05d9 rules there is no difference.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Learn&nbsp; \u05d1\u05d9\u05d0\u05d5\u05e8 \u05d4\u05dc\u05db\u05d4 \u05e1&#8217; \u05e9\u05e0&#8221;\u05d7 \u05e1\u05e2&#8217; \u05d8&#8217; &#8220;\u05d0\u05d1\u05dc \u05d0\u05dd who brings a \u05ea&#8217; \u05d3\u05d1\u05e8 \u05e9\u05de\u05d5\u05d0\u05dc for a new reason why a city eruv can include with \u05e7\u05e8\u05e4\u05e3 inside of it.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Based on the above would a city eruv be permitted to include park or wooden area?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">What is the reason the&nbsp;\u05d3\u05d1\u05e8 \u05e9\u05de\u05d5\u05d0\u05dc that \u05e7\u05e8\u05e4\u05e3 inside a walled city will not disqualify the Eruv?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">See \u05d7\u05db\u05dd \u05e6\u05d1\u05d9 \u05e1&#8217; \u05e0\u05d8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">And Laws of Eruvin from Rabbi Francis who quoted a different explanation in the name of Hagaon Rabbi Moshe Feinstein&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Would a halachik wall made from \u05e6\u05d5\u05e8\u05ea \u05d4\u05e4\u05ea\u05d7 also be included in the chidush of the \u05d3\u05d1\u05e8 \u05e9\u05de\u05d5\u05d0\u05dc?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Do we rely on the&nbsp;\u05d3\u05d1\u05e8 \u05e9\u05de\u05d5\u05d0\u05dc?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">See \u05e1\u05e4\u05e8 \u05d9\u05d5\u05e1\u05d9\u05e3 \u05d7\u05df \u05e1&#8217;
