Tosfos quotes the Rashba that the Haftarah of Chanukah is read as \u05e4\u05e8\u05e1\u05d5\u05de\u05d9 \u05e0\u05d9\u05e1\u05d0 is greater then reason of \u05ea\u05d3\u05d9\u05e8 as is the conclusion of Rava in the gemara Shabbos.
