<p>We regret to inform you of the passing of Mr.  Arthur Brandwein, beloved father of Mattis Brandwein and Mrs. Rivki Jacknin<span style="color: #993300;"> (<strong>Wife of Dr. Moshe Jacknin)</strong></span>.</p>
